Classes Parenting Class - "Raising Values Based Children" Tuesdays, 11:30am - 1pm via Zoom 12 weeks/$30 per class - reduced rates available

Some topics include: · Developmentally appropriate discipline strategies for young children, school aged children and teens · Stress management for parents and co-parenting. · Implementing appropriate communication skills and boundaries with children.
Survivors of Domestic Violence Group Mondays, 10am - 11:30am via Zoom 12 weeks/$30 per class - reduced rates available
Participants receive help processing experiences and trauma, developing skills to maintain a healthy life style, implementing a self care routine, and beginning the healing process.
